Our Moment in Time

“Our Moment in Time” commemorated the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, offering a profound exploration of history, memory, and identity. The exhibition featured works by Vasken Brudian alongside students from the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, developed through the “Principles of Design” workshop led by Brudian, forging a bold new visual language for contemporary Armenian art.

The installation comprised 124 original artworks, each blending artistic vision with cutting-edge technology. The resulting semi-abstract compositions engage deeply with collective identity, historical memory, and the creation of a distinct national visual narrative. Through a range of perspectives and expressive visual languages, the paintings illuminate the complexity of Armenia’s past while resonating with its present, providing viewers with an immersive reflection on cultural continuity.
