 Shipment processing time

All local and international orders are processed within 1 business day. 

Local deliveries occur 7 days a week. International shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. They do not occur on holidays. If the company experiences high volume of orders, the order processing might be delayed by 1-2 business days. We will let you know immediately if that is the case.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

The shipment confirmation and order tracking information will be sent immediately after the order is sent.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ardēan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team at info@ardean.am. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Ardēan ships internationally to the USA, Canada, Russia, and Europe. Additionally, if required Ardēan will ship to other countries.
