2. Prices and Payment Terms and Conditions

2.1. The prices for the products presented at the web site are final and are not included neither the shipment nor the expenses of import.

2.2. When ordering a product via ardean-store.shopify.am the payment obligation for ordered product arises next to customer at once.

2.3. Payment for the order is carried out by an online payment through Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover or Visa Card.

3. Shipment Terms and Conditions

3.1. Ardēan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Replace and Return

4.1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Ardean maintains and protects the privacy of customer’s data. However, such information received or somehow got by Ardēan can be transferred to manufactures of the products that the customer has ordered or is going to order.

6. Governing law and Dispute Settlement

6.1. These Terms and Conditions, their performance and interpretation should be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. However, the parties may choose by mutual consent in written the applicable law.

6.2. All disputes and controversies to the application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions should be settled through negotiations between the Parties. Should such negotiations not succeed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment a Party notifies the other Party on initiation of such negotiations, each Party will be free to submit the settlement of such dispute or controversy to the appropriate courts of the Republic of Armenia. Parties of dispute are free to handle such disputes to the arbitration, by signing an arbitrage agreement.
