Luminous Lori Installation
Step into a luminous convergence of art, history, and place with Ardēan’s “Luminous Lori”, a permanent installation conceived by Vasken Brudian and his team as a profound tribute to the rich cultural heritage of Lori Province.
This open-air gallery transforms the landscape into a living dialogue between Armenia’s medieval spirit and its modern aspirations.
Each work draws inspiration from the sacred motifs and architectural language of Lori’s historic monasteries—Akhtala, Sanahin, Haghpat, Hnevank, Odzun, Bardzrakash St. Gregory, and Kobayr—sites that have long embodied the region’s devotion to learning, artistry, and faith. Through contemporary design and light-infused form, Luminous Lori bridges the continuum from Armenia’s medieval centers of knowledge to today’s innovative spirit, embodied by the COAF Smart Center.
More than an installation, Luminous Lori is a celebration of continuity—a place where past and present illuminate one another in the enduring radiance of Armenian culture.
